FAS Powder Paint is top-grade wash-off opaque tempera paint in powder form. Economical and easy to use, just add water and mix to the required consistency. Offers a long shelf life with the ability to make-up the paint as required.

FAS Powder Paint is made from non-toxic, finely ground pigments giving a brighter full strength colour to your finish. This multi-purpose paint that can be used for a variety of techniques from finger painting to general art and craft work. Best suited for ages 2+ .

Alternatively, the dry powder may be sprinkled on and used with a wet brush. The powder can be added to FAS PVA Craft Glue to produce a smooth paint with excellent adhesive qualities providing a good medium for construction and collage work.

Available in pots sufficient to make up to 1 litre or 3 litres.

FAS Super Tempera - Ready made poster paint

USE FOR:	Non-permanent posters, ticket writing, finger painting, general art and craft work. Ideally suited for the school classroom, pre-school educational groups or anywhere children are painting.
TIPS:	Always remember when painting to have the children wear protective clothing and protect the surrounding work area. Another way to apply is to sprinkle the dry powder on your surface and use a wet brush. We recommend a more watery mix for pre-school children, easier to clean up. Can be used with cellulose paste to create a thick and very rich paint. Also can be mixed with FAS PVA Craft Glue to produce a smooth paint with adhesive qualities.
MIXING POWDER PAINT:	To achieve a smooth lump free paint, the paint should first be mixed with a little cold water. Ensure the paste is smooth before adding warm water and add further water as thickening occurs to bring to desired consistency. Allow to stand for 15 minutes to allow paint to thicken before use. Can easily be thinned with water to reach desired consistency. We recommend that you further dilute with water when preparing paint for pre-school children.

CLEANING:	Soak garment immediately in warm water with detergent while paint is still wet. Leave to soak overnight, then machine wash with detergent in warm water. A slight residual pigment stain may remain on some fabrics. We do not recommend the application of stain removers as this may help set the stain and make removal more difficult. We recommend that children wear protective clothing and protect the surrounding work area.

CHARACTERISTICS:	Made from non-toxic finely ground rich coloured pigments. An economical paint that is easy to use and clean up. Goes on smoothly with good coverage and has very good intermixing qualities.
